Chef Richard Powers is a graduate of the College of  Culinary Arts at Johnson & Wales University. He began his career 30 years ago and has worked as a head chef in several area establishments before embarking on his own catering business. For the past 10 years Rich has been the sole proprietor of That's Amore Catering which operates weekdays from the Madison Cafe and weekends, evenings and holidays out of the Itam Lodge on picturesque Pontoosuc Lake. Both are located in the heart of Berkshire County.
